Have at least 50 play hours on the server with one nickname! (Link to your stats) 4. You can not be banned before. (there can be exceptions)  5. You can not have more than 3 warn points on the forum. 6. Have reported at least 3 rule breakers/cheaters (Link them) 7. Have at least 60 posts on the forum. 8. You have to have your nickname registered on the server.  9. You have to have at least one recommendation from someone (name someone) -  10. You have to be at least 16 years old.
